Nutrition Services are offered via telehealth to residents of South Carolina.

My Story

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.  I am located in Greenville, SC, but I offer virtual nutrition services to anyone within the state of South Carolina. My service areas include the metro areas of Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Columbia, Florence/Myrle Beach, and Charleston.

I am passionate about nutrition because it impacts each and every one of us, every day. I enjoy helping people learn more about the science behind nutrition, not the headline. I take a balanced approach to nutrition and wellness. Each client is different, and I offer individual counseling, customized nutrition education, educational courses, group classes, and clinical nutrition intervention for health concerns and disease management. Whether you are to trying to manage a disease, improve your gut health, or learn new healthy habits such as mindful eating- consulting a registered dietitian is a great place to start.

Before opening my private practice, I spent several years working in clinical dietetics, pediatrics, acute care, and cardiac rehab.  While my background has afforded me many different experiences, I wanted the opportunity to further my practice by walking with each of you as you make lasting health changes. Whether you are dealing with a chronic disease, managing body weight, or wanting to optimize your health- NUTRITION plays a pivotal role.  I look forward to joining you on this journey.

Registered Dietitians are considered the food and nutrition experts.  Dietitians are required to complete a minimum of a bachelor's degree followed by a post -graduate internship.  After the internship, candidates must then pass a national registration exam before becoming credentialed.  To maintain the professional credentialing status, dietitians must complete on-going continuing education.  Dietitians are well-versed in the science of food and nutrition and are poised to offer evidence-based guidance to patients and clients.

Remember, not all nutritionists are registered dietitians (but all dietitians are legitimately nutritionists)- when making health decisions, credentials matter!  I am both a Registered Dietitian and a Nutritionist.
